does anyone know where the impound is in gta vcs where it tell you to take special cars to in the first island

i am confused because when i enter a specific car it a sign appears telling me to take it too this iimpound but i dont have a clue where it is. 10 points for first person to help me find it.

if you know where 8-ball is and where that car selling place is where the banshee is, it's straight down that road and there is like a dirt road that goes back there and you drive the car back there and it crushes it...i hope this helps...email me if you need any more help or are lost

I have been looking for this place too (the civil asset forfeiture something or other...)

As far as I can tell, it is in or around the southern most part of the island - somewhere between the docks/wharehouses and the airport. Not actually found it though, so maybe it is elswhere...
