He seems like a guilty party because after the conversations with him the odds went in favor of india drastically in a matter of hours. Secondly, the way west indies played was very uncharacteristic of them as if they were not interested in winning at all. Lastly, the person he was in communication is a known member of Daud Ibrahim's gang.

You cannot find a person guilty based on news paper reports. ICC is investigating in the matter and till such time investigation is completed, he should not be labelled guilty.
