Why are my breasts hurting a lot?

my boobs hurt really bad, im not pregnant and i still have 25 days before my period i woke up this morning and they were hurting, why is that...they hurt real bad, i cant touch them cause they hurt real bad

try avoiding physical contact with them
i had the same problem myself and look at me!
