The percentage of women in the Russian State Duma has been as follows:

Duma of the 1st convocation (1993) - 13% (59 women out of 444 deputies)
2nd convocation (1995) - 10% (46 out of 450)
3rd convocation (1999) - 8% (34 out of 450)
4rd convocation (2003) - 10% (44 out of 447)

For comparison: in 2003 women constituted 53% of the overall population.
The elections for the 5th Duma are to be held in 2007.
