Well, for you, you are able to track your basal temperature, use ovulation kits this detects the rise in the hormone levels and lets you know around 36 hrs before you ovulate. They do not tell you when you are actually ovulating at the precise minute. Also, you can check your CM wait until it is clear & is as thin as egg white. There is also an ovulation watch my SIL had difficulty falling pregnant after 2yrs and she fell prgnant on the first try using this watch. www.ovwatch.com Seeing you are only having sex a few times a month these will help you choose the days during your OV time.

The dutch have done a study that shows that Zinc increases a mans testoterone levels, which increses his libido. I read it in my husband's men's health magazine. Only 25 mg a day though, which is basically half of a normal size pill.

You need to do the wildthing more than that. Meds can affect conception but If he needs them, what can you do? Try having sex everyday around the time your due to ovulate... if it doesn't happen then c your doc u may need to try IVF

He needs to go get a sperm count while he's on the medication to see if his boys are swimmin'. You also should go take fert tests. If all is well with both of you, you just need to get down and dirty a little more often.
