The Surgeon has amputated the wrong Foot!
Also will the fact that the bad foot is getting better, effect the outcome?

That's the trouble with surgeons these days, give them an inch.... and they'll take the whole foot!

That guy really is a bad surgeon. He blew the diagnosis too!

Interesting point here, two possible outcomes with one foot.

I am sure his attorney will spend a lot of time on this point.

You can sue for millions. If you can afford a good lawyer. If they still have the foot they may be able to sew it back on. Maybe try that before you sue.

Get a personal injury lawyer he/she will know what is the amount to try to get. They will take the case for a percentage of the settlement.
