I am 34, had a brain wave and brought myself pair of quad skates, then relised why I had stoped skating when I was 14, because i'm really bad at it!!! have looked on internet for skateing lesson but there isnt any local to me (south east London) and I really would love to skate around this summer HELP!!!

Lean forward a little and ALWAYS keep your knees slightly bent.
Push out sideways with each foot to move forward. Start slow!
It's a good idea to wear wrist guards at least, pref. elbow and knee pads too.

Heres a tip. Make sure to take spelling lessons first then you'll be able to find the right place for the SKATING lessons ! Good luck X

Wake up early in the morning and find an empty parking lot. Just practice rolling around even if your bad, and pretty soon youll get the hang of it!

Keep knees bent at all times...never stand straight up you're most likely to fall. That's all I know because I'm not a pro either.
