Yes. There is an ATP event in Casablanca, Morocco: Grand Prix Hassan II. There is also a Tier IV WTA event held in Rabat, Morocco: Grand Prix de SAR La Princesse Lalla Meryem. No ATP or WTA events are held in other African countries.

ITF circuit events for both men and women are held in Benin City, Nigeria; Cairo, Egypt; Algiers, Algeria; and Rabat, Morocco.
