Of course it is...why wouldn't it be? There's no steps you take or recipe to stop loving, one may simply fall out of love with someone, or an event may occur that causes them to lose the love they felt...time may change love from romantic to more of a friendship love...etc...
And re: teenagers it's likely to be more of a crush or infatuation than love anyway so fear not...in time, it'll pass...
(p.s. wouldn't hurt to work on your spelling skills... it's "should" (not shud) and "you" (not u) , and "know" (not kno)...good writing skills will carry you a lot farther than abbreviated netspeak...)

Love is hard to shake when it happens, but you could always do things to keep your mind of him or just stop calling or hanging around him. You know out of sight out of mind!
