Who is the design frim that designed Apple's website?

Likely it was done in-house, just a quick scan didn't turn up anything and normally a developer/designer would have their "design byline" somewhere on the site. It usually won't appear on sites where the design team resides within the Co. unless that team also does external work. You might try their feedback form, it allows for you to inquire regarding the website design etc.
