Just saying nicknames, dont know if I would use the nicknames.

I like Ruben too. It is a good, strong, honest man name. You can be black, white, latino, or jewish and that name will still sound good. Ruben is going to make a big comeback. I can say it over and over and it still sounds awesome Ruben Ruben Ruben Ruben Ruben. The real question is, Who makes the best sandwich with that name?

Not Ruben or Rupert.
Walter was my grandfather's name. If and when I have kids, if I were to have a son, I would probably make the middle name Walter.
Charles is cute. I like the nickname Charlie.
Wallace......nah. It makes me think too much of Wallace and Grommit.
I love names too. I always ask questions. I'm not pregnant, but names are just so much fun!

I like Rupert, and I think Roo is an AWESOME nickname. I'll add that to my list. Charles Wallace is nice, and I love the book it comes from.
I also think Ruben could work.

The name Rupert reminds me of the actor Rupert Evert. I like the name Charles Wallace, it's very distinguished, though I would hate anyone calling him Charlie or Chuck.

Sorry when I hear Ruben.. I think of the sandwich. Rupert reminds me of a news caster. Walter reminds me of Walmart. And using Roo.. well of course Winnie the Pooh.

I may use Walter as a middle name some day, but it's my father in law's middle name. Other than that, maybe Charles, because I like Charlie.

I think all of them scream, "Kick my *** on the playground," personally.
If you like Ben, how about Benjamin? I think Roo and Wally are terrible nicknames. Charles Wallace isn't bad. My brother's first name is Charles.

they are probably not names i would personnally choose but everyone has different tastes. if they feel right to you then go with them.
i have theses rules.
1. i don't ever want to get tired of them.
2. i don't want to make it easy for other kids to try and tease them.
3. i want the names to be strong so that i feel they can go far in life.
4. i look at what the nicknames are so that i can at least prevent the ones i dislike right from the start.
hope this helps even though you don't need to choose names right away. keep having fun.
