ive been trying to log on to Yahoo chat all night via internet explorer and aol. and i keep getting this message
HTTP 403 forbidden, the website declined to show this webpage.
Ive enabled all pop ups, deleted all cookies, i still cant get in on any browser, i am running windows xp
Any ideas or advise, would be appreciated
