You seem very ambitious! Typical 14 year old jobs... shoveling snow, raking leaves, mowing lawns, washing cars, baby sitting, newspaper routes, maybe bussing tables or washing dishes.
You might be interested in checking out the biographies of men who started working at a young age and became successful like Milton Hershey or Andrew Carnegie.

I do believe at 14 you can work anywhere that will hire you. When I was 14 I worked as a telemarketer for a vinyl siding company. Check the laws in your state. In Oregon, you can only work so many hours and only after a certain time as a minor.
You can always get a paper route.

In Texas you get the same working rights as a 15 year old.
