A Time To Kill. The movie is based on the popular book by John Grisham and it is about a black man on trial for murdering the men who raped his 10 year old daughter. In the trial, both the prosecuter and the judge are white, and the whole story takes place in rural Mississippi, a town ridden with racism. Its a great book and movie you should check it out.

wow it was awesome (sam jackson was in it)

jungle fever (spike lee, it was a good movie but it was more of a black movie)

crash (which was a really good movie that I think you will like alot that deal with race from both a black and white perspective)

It is because there are still many, many half-retarded white people in this country that haven't learned to understand human diversity and melanin. They are cultural and social dead weight. We are not all secretly racist because many of us grew up in multi-racial neighborhoods and families. The ones from states and tows that are about a decade or more behind are still catching up with those of us that already grew up in fully integrated worlds. I like to call this "the future" for the whites that are still scared and racist. Stormfront??? Most of you don't even know your own heritage!!! Don't give me all this White Pride World Wide crap because you know damn right that we are all different cultures and heritages. I won't go into it, but if I am a Polish-American I am not going to rally around a bunch of Germanic goosestepping bullsh*t because it makes no sense since Nazis are the enemies of both the Poles and Americans. I hope to God that everyone catches up with the most integrated areas of So Cal because you guys are really missing out on what the future is like beyond all this bullshit.

"Grand Canyon" similar to the more recent "Crash" and "O" a modern-day version of Shakespeare's Othello. I saw an excellent movie about 12+- years ago by the then new director named John Singleton, I think it's "Higher Learning" very intense movie!

Birth of a Nation is THE classic example but In the Heat of the Night is also a good type of this genre.

"BLACK LIKE ME" where the white guy dressed up like a black guy to see how things really are back in the 50's in the south. It was from a book which was a true story. It's really great!
Also, newer movie "CRASH" I love this movie!
