Torrent with 39 seeders?

I'm downloading a torrent and there are only 39 seeders, is that bad?

that should be fine ... the only ones i would worry about are less than 5 seeders for a large file if there arnt many peers ... if theres alot of peers downloading it it may just be a new download ... 1 seeder is fine for a small file ..
