the baby was put up for adoption, and then in a later episode Liberty finds out that the adoptive parents are moving to Seattle, so she makes a memory box for the baby
in the tribute, the little girl is Isabella, the daughter of Mia, who was Jt's girlfriend at the time of his death

no in the last season jt and liberty had a baby but liberty finally gave it up for adoption, in the new season he met a new student and started to date her. she had a baby. then two weeks ago jt was killed at the party that manny had threw. so when it came to the tribute that little girl that was in the video was his new girlfriends baby.

Liberty gave up her baby to an adoptive parent in Together Forever and the baby was Mia's(jt's girlfriend) daughter.
