What questions should I ask? I really want to impress them and I am usually great (feel great) on interviews but I don't get a call back. I will be in front of a panel of three, I have a great suit, and I feel that I would excel in this position. I really want this job, please help!!!

Dont worry so much about asking them questions, focus more on your answers to thier questions.
If you feel that you will excel in this postion, let them know why you would be an asset to them.

Be sure to tell them that you enjoy working with a diverse group of people so that they know the wont have any 'race' problems with you.
Be sure to also let them know that you would be an asset in working with those individuals that are hard to place since you love a challenge and would get alot of personal satisfaction from helping someone seek unemployement if they have had barriers that you assisted them in overcoming.
Tell them that you have alot of 'stick to it ness' and that you dont give up easily
or whatever.
GOOD LUCK TO YA~
