My sister spilled a bit of lotion on her Coach wallet and there's a tiny faded mark on it that's bugging her. Is there any way to get rid of it?

It's actually not faded but a darker color than the parts of the wallet that didn't get lotion on it.

If nothing else, she could always use something like mink oil to darken the rest of the leather to match.

I've been cleaning and conditioning my leather boots and jacket today. Try some saddlesoap. This cleans leather. Leather is unique in that it is hard to clean. It may not come out, but it's worth a try. She could try a leather conditioner as well. I've used this on my loafers and it has worked wonders. Good luck. This would bug me too.

Hi Nanoka, If it's leather, you don't. Anything you put on the stain to remove it will itself stain the leather and you'll probably be worse off.

Interesting name, does it mean something?
