There are some obstacles for the prevailing pathetic conditions in our country.
1) Neither the people nor the politicians have a real and sincere concern for the poor .If at all politicians think about the welfare of the public ,it is only at the time of elections and also various parties are divided in their opinions and no worth while projects are allowed by the party in power or by the opposition parties on selfish motives.
2) People themselves are widely divided and the privileged oppose any scheme brought out for the benefit of the underprivileged and finally every one the well placed and the affected take solace in the name of GOD responsible for anything and everything including for the increase in population ,disease and death due to lack of proper sanitation and health care facilities.
3)Because our Indian government is borrowing loans left, right and in the centre from foreign countries and financial funding establishments, our policies are framed to suit their whims and fancies and conditions .

Unless the three agencies, our politicians, our people, foreign governments/banks come together to solve the problems of this global village namely the earth including India, the problems mentioned by you will always remain for decades and centuries.

A section of the population will lead a princely life whereas another section will die out of poverty and hunger.
People like you and me along with GOD will have to watch things to go at its’ own pace and be contented.
