Does anyone have any roller blading tips? How should I dress and what are the best kind of blades to get?

well if u do go rollar blading bend ur knees and expect to fall a couple of times

Hot pants, tube top and knee and elbow pads,safety glasses and helmet, I can't recommend blades brand.
