I have had a lot of luck using Goop for different oil based stains and it worked great. I would give it a try.

To remove small oil stains from leather upholstery, rub corn starch briskly into the stain with your fingers until the heat from the friction is felt. That heat loosens the oil and allows the corn starch to absorb the oil before the leather can. Vacuum or brush the powder off. Repeat until the stain is gone. Larger stains will require professional treatment.

Mix little soap in water .Dip the cloth in that solutent rub it on sofa and than latter use vacume cleaner over it. You will surely get new sofa& don't forget to keep it out in sun rays . Best of luck

Try dawn dish soap it 'cuts grease.' Not sure it will work on such thick material but it would be worth a try. Good luck.

Get resolve carpet and upholstery cleaner. You can buy it at Walmarts or nearly all grocery markets....
