Only 32-bit, not 64?
Include weight information please.
Also include how long your laptop can last without recharging it.
Given the info you provided, I would rate it an 6 or 7 in a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being perfect, and that may vary if it is heavy (reduces portability) and if it can only operate using its batteries for only an hour or so. It should at least be 2 hours or more.

iT IS OK. You forgot the screen type/size and the Hard disk. But I would say you have a us$700 to $1100 public price PC. This goes 28% less if selling wholesale.
Range includes many items, mainly from HP/Compaq, as the the HP Pavillion dv6227 and dv9201, Compaq DV2225NR 120GB , etc.

Not too bad ... Vista blows chunks and uses all that ram. So on a 1 to 10 scale you get a 5.
Nothing spectacular.
