I don't know about the greedy, racist, homophobic, religious nuts! I do know that we have some real stupid people in the US, and I also know that being stupid, doesn't prolong your life, or at least improve the quality of that life. I choose to call these people lemmings, because they embrace anybody who offers a political message that will keep them out of fore front.

The democrats are usually the beneficiaries to this type of thinker, because the democrats practice saying what you want to hear. They don't mean it, but they say it anyway so they can get your vote. We are about to engage on the ugliest election campaign in US history. The players are already in place, and now it's down and dirty time.

HIllary will be the dirtiest of all, because she has Rahm Emanuel doing her thinking for her. Emanuel is the dirtiest fighter out there, and Hillary will follow his every lead and the lemmings will lap it up. For someone like Hillary, it's not how you play the game, it's that you must win, at all costs!

Some people also feel that why bother getting involved with politics because they believe it's not "in their hands". People are not so ignorant of politics as they are just insulated from them. They see so much graft and illicit ways politicians are used to, that it is much easier to just allow things to remain than to seek to change them.
