the thing with adolf hitler is that the man wanted something in life he dreamed of what he wanted to do and be , and he went after it and at no cost. i find that to be a man of amazing motivation and i know he killed millions for no reason, but you never see people with that kinda of motivation anymore and its upsetting a bit. I dont understand how living your dream and gettting what u want out of our short lived lives is a bad thing and i guess my question is how can such an evil and stupid man still be considered and defined as a brilliant inspiring man?

I don't think that is brilliant nor inspiring. It's one thing to be motivated, it's another when that leads to the deaths and suffering of so many people. No one has those rights, whatever their dreams are. And if you cannot live your life to the fullest for you, without harming so many other people, then i think there is something seriously wrong. I think to say his motivation is inspiring because he lived his dream and got what he wanted out of life is selfish. Why is his dream so important that it can justify so much suffering and death? Why is it more important than the dreams of those people? I think if motivation to fulfil your dreams whatever the cost to others, isn't inspiring motivation, and I'm pretty glad there aren't people that motivated anymore. You should be able to motivated and live your dream, yet whilst still be considerate of others.

I don't know if i've truely answered your question, but this is my honest opinion.

I guess it depends on how good you are at separating out the good and bad in a person. Every person has good qualities and bad ones. Hitler was no different.

I guess you could say a good quality is he was highly motivated and driven. And a bad quality would be that he was pretty much insane.

The thing about Hitler in my mind though isn't how shocking his evilness was, but rather how shocking people are that can put a guy like that in power and follow him.

He really symbolizes a pathetic statement about people.

His personality, his evilness also motivated people who didn't see that. He inspired many when the time was right to change leaders.

He had a very high charisma, and from that he gained a lot of power. It is what one chooses to do with the power one has that defines whether they are evil or not.
