My first semester I went away and I liked being on my own but I had a hard time making friends at the school I went to. The girls were snobby and not the type of people Id ever hang out with. Everyone later told me that school is know to be snobby. Now I plan on transferring next fall but cannot decide if I should go away or live at home. Ugh advice?

If you live at home you will save money, that is what I did, however, I regret it. I needed to be making friends and growing as a person at that age. It would have helped me in the long run develop confidence. But I don't know your situation, so you have to decide what is best for yourself.

Live at home. It is cheaper and more convenient. You have less distractions. Frat boys are always drinking or planning their next beer bust. Dorm boys are always playing IM sports or card games in the dorm.
At home you get good food. Family who won't bother you when you are studying.
