You could have a virus or you could something wrong with your browser. I suspect what you are getting is an Internet Exporer error message that closes your browser and then wants to know if you want to send the error to Microsoft so they can view it.

First run an up-to-date antivirus program. If you don't have one installed you can do a free scan from McAfee by clicking here.

Also run a spyware program such as Spybot Search and Destroy (you can download it for free)

If you still have problems you might try reloading your Internet Explorer browser. Then see what happens.

No you are refering to the:

"Close Programme error code"
Internet Explorer .... has to cloe do to an unexpected error - you may wish to send a copy of the error to Microsoft by sending, or do not send."

Bascally there is a fault with an add-on or application with you Interent (this should be said in the text that you failed to list) and needs to be fixed. Normally this can be resolved by re downloading the faulty application and re downloading the browser.

This can also be caused by spyware and a virus. However most unlikely.

Your computer is being stupid.
Its not responding. In other words, theres a virus, or a cookie trying to get at your computer. Dont fret, and always click Dont Send. Theres not much you can do about it, but put up with it.
