I have doubts about accomplishing this by June! You've got to learn breath control and how to relax your diaphragm with breathing. It's also possible your natural range does not go that high. Not everyone has the same range and there's nothing wrong with that. If you can, try singing the song in a lower key. The more you try to force it the less likely our are to get there. Tension tightens up all the muscle and makes it harder to go high. There are vocal exercises you can try.Sometimes breath support is all you need to reach the notes.

Just our of curiosity - why is it everyone asks questions here that can be answered online? I mean you're already online, why not look it up?
Good luck with your singing!

Some singers use a spray that releases all the phlegm they have in their voice box.
Of course your vocal cords need to be short enough and be able to vibrate at a high enough rate for you to be able to sing high.
