looks like a mix of the US and UK flags so born in US and grew up in UK or opposite or 1 parent from each? Best I can come up with *grins sheepishly and shrugs shoulders*

maybe this man was from america but came to england and thought we were gr8 so thought he wud put 2 together b cos he cudnt decide either that or its the americans version to say they can control us b cos of bush we r still fighting a war in iraq/iran b cos of them.
