IAT(Air Intake Temprature Sensor)

The IAT is mounted on the intake manifold itself on the 4.0L. I don't remember off the top of my head where, but it will have 2 wires coming out of it, and unless memory fails me, it is the only one on the intake that has 2 wires.

Best follow the intake from the throttle body back to the air filter. It"s a small sensor usually with 2 wires. If your Jeep has a MAF (mass air flow) sensor, it might be incorporated in it.
