Most boutiques that I have come across are not cheap but if you are looking for some cute clothes at a very affordable price I would recommend the store Forever 21.

It all depends on where you live. I would do a yellow pages search for various stores in your area. Stores like The Gap, Old Navy, Target, T.J. Max. I would then visit those website to see their selection. Good luck.

Target but since you said don't include it I recommend Old Navy they have such cute stuff and some times they great deals.

delias, alloy, forever21, karmaloop, hippychixshop, and american eagle are some of my fav's.... their very trendy and not expensive at all. They usually have a deal on shipping fees too.
