I can't help sorry as I have never made love to a beautiful woman and would never ever do so.
But I have sold a car and that was quite stressful.
Hmmmmmmm It would be interesting to find out from you guys out there if making love to a beautiful woman is stressful.

You have to caress the buyer until they are putty in your hands!
Build them up with the expectation of a fantastic fu... errr vehicle!
When they can't seem to take any more, give them a flash of the price and watch them come back, sated and satisfied.
Then it's off to the Bank with you money.
