The ability to freeze time. It would be AWESOME. You could have what you want when you want it without any fuss. Although the power of flying doesn't seem bad either but I would choose time freezing over it any day.

I would pick the ability to fly and have super psychic powers, like the ability to move things abd bend things and even kill things without laying a finger on them. That's the superpower I'd like to have.

I do not pick super powers if I 'could' have them, it is the same as saying if you could wish for something, what would it be.
None of those exist, so there is little point in wanting one, and no matter what you choose, there is always a down side to the power.
