he should be fine. if you want to, have your brother or youself go to this teen support group. it is one that i have just started. the website is www.groups.yahoo.com/groups/
help4teens i am trying to gather people with similar problems to join this group and i encourage you to join as well. this is a friendly site for you or you brother and people like him to get information from others in the same situation that way he has a trusted place to go to for help. hope this helps. good luck.

Late into age 14 is when I started. He just has to wait, and it will happen.

Just tell him that his body has it's own plan and it's not any different than any others. And if someone is bothering him, those people must be pretty stupid.

He should be starting by now. My 10 year old already has B.O. that is usually the first step. It takes boys about 3 years so I am sure that he has already started. Don't say anything to him maybe he is a late bloomer, just help him deal with the bullies.

tell him that he needs to eat more fruits and vegetates and they have nutrients. nutrients can stimulant or to speed up your brother changes to get puberty or that he have to wait a little bit longer for puberty to begin and he will grow a hair on his face before you know it.

Some boys start puberty when they're 15.
For your brother and your peace of mind he should go to see an endocrinologist to see his hormonal levels.

if you don't want to embarrass him, take him to a doctor or have him talk to a male adult. somebody who he's comfortable being around.
