Is there any free websites that teach you and shows you tips on how to draw? I want to draw a anime characters mostly. Plz help.

If you want to draw really beautiful anime I suggest you study life drawing. the better understanding you have of gesture, anatomy, proportions, lighting etc the better you will be at anime or what ever style you choose to persue. There's no quick way to learn to draw it takes patience and dedication.
If you can find a life drawing course in your area I strongly recomed taking the opportunity. It has improved my drawing a million times over, though I still have a tonn to learn.
Don't expect to be a fantastic artist by thirsday. just keep practicing and trying to figure out how the body works. Good luck.

There might be some, If you try ask.com or google. Try Manga drawing for beginners If that dosen't work , might I suggest going to your local library. You might find a book or a magazine with Aime art that can help you. Good Luck and no worries
