a proper noun is the name of a particular person , place or thing,,, like New York City(unlike a noun which names any person , place or thing like city) so any persons name such as Amy,,,, Jason,,, etc would be a proper noun,,,,,San Diego,,,,, Atlanta,,,, or the Lincoln Memorial
so you can easy make a list,,,, proper nouns are always capitalized

Proper nouns are names of things like, Oreo, Frito, University of PA, George Washington, etc. You should come up with a list on your own pretty easily.

Look on any map ... all city, state & country names are proper nouns.
Look in the phone book .... every person's name is a proper noun.
Look in the Yellow pages .... every company name is a proper noun.
Get the idea ?
