I've heard of apple cider vinegar but I'm not sure about it. My pastor told me that if I put one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink it everyday. It will burn excess fat away and it's also good for lowering high blood pressure. But I don't like the taste of vinegar, is there another natural quick way to burn excess abdominal fat. Please help me.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Running is the fastest way to burn fat. Get a good pair of Air sole running shoes and start. For 1 week run 1/2 mile. then add 1/2 mile every week until you are at 5 miles a day, but only run 4 days a week. Also, take a good multi vitamin every day. You will look great and feel great in 2 months, tops. However, keep in mind that you should continue running at least 3 days a week.

go on a ketogenic diet, this is where you body uses fat as the primary source of fuel instead of glucose.

2 week water fast. then for the rest of your life honor the holy temple. eat only healthy food. and stay away from the devil sugar .. read the book SUGAR BLUES By william Duffy for inspiration.
