Yahoo, or just my computer, will allow me to get past the enter your question, and add details portion but as soon as i click next it will pop up that i have experianced a problem... Why is that ?

don't know, mine kept give a 999 error code. i contacted Yahoo via the link on the message and it was resolved

It's most likely your web browser doesn't understand some of the javascripting used on Yahoo Answers. I'm using Firefox 2.0 and having no problems at all.
