From 5 years ago I realized that something was not quite right with my mental state. I have encountered problems while I attended school in a way of bullying. And even after I finished high school I continue to have problems that are preventing me from socially becoming more open. Is there anyone out there who have a great knowlege of psychology that I can talk to?

I'm no psychologist (though I AM considering psychology as a future career option) - but it sounds like you need someone to just talk to. *shrugs* Do you want a male 'somebody' to talk to? If not, I'll listen and do what I can to help out... =)

I think you're better talking to a person that you can go see who you know is a professional and not just claiming to have answers. There are medications you can take if you find that you have a lot of social anxiety or depression that is keeping you from your full potential.

What's not quite right with your mental state ? What signs or symptoms are you having ? Put that in the "add details" section so we can see what you've been feeling.

I would seriously advise you to seek out a real life professional, or knowledgeable friend.

Online you never can be 100% sure who is who. You could even end up damaged more.

Be very careful.

i'm not a psychologist; but i'd say you've taken the right step in admitting you have a problem. i'd be willing to help in any way i can if you are interested.
