Why does mims say "I'll take it to the Bay 'Frisco to Sac-Town, they do it everyday" Sacremento isn't even part of the bay or is it?

it's not. i think he's saying "he's gonna take it from the san francisco bay to sacramento."

i really like that song. it's one of the songs on my basketball team's warmup cd.
