I seems like he likes you. But he wants you to have someone so you are happy like he is. There are many other people to fall for so dont go after a man that is already taken.

What is the most important to you, your girlfriend or this guy. If you try to break up their relationship, you will lose your girlfriend. The best thing to do is to wait around in the background for their relationship to break up by itself and then do whatever you can to let him know that you are interested in him, at least that way you can't be blamed for them breaking up with each other.

that will get complicated if you start having feelings for eachother may hurt her if she finds out hes hitting on u and u dont say he is but if he is and you didnt stop it.
i know alot of guys and girls that like to hit on people that are already with someone both cuz the works been done you can see how they treat there relationship you only see one side to them and it may look appealing but its a small warning he may not be telling everything. this is a general responce i went a bit farther than you may have needed me to its only cuz ive been there many times.

Is there some shortage of guys where you live or something? Why do you have to invade another girl's man for? I don't care if they are having problems or not...that is not for you to decide or judge, you are not in that relationship, so stop taking matters into your own hands.

Just wait for him and his girlfriend to break up. I've had the same problem but with a girl of course. Just ride it out... good luck. He's a lucky guy :)

Easy.
Be a good person, and a good friend. Tell him to either stay faithful to his gf, and stop bothering you. If he really likes you, than he would break up with his girlfriend to leave room for someone else else that he really likes.

Just be his friend and wait it out or just stop talking to him all together. It's sucks when someone you likes has a BF or GF but that's the crappy part about life. Anyway if he cheated on his GF with you would you really trust him? Think about sweetheart!

if u like him and he has a girlfriend try and sleep with him offer him some no strings attached sex if he bites that gives u a chance to check out the goods to see if hes really worth trying to take

Don't risk your relationship with them all...over just him....
