I know for a fact that Aliens exist and they exist in human form.
I had some aliens working on my yard this weekend. They were from Mexico, and they had human form okay, no problem. Here
in America, anyone who is not an American citizen is an alien.

Can aliens appear human...? Depends on the level of technology and by what exactly you mean appear. Physically, it is "possible" for beings on another world to look very similar, though there would be differences. Genetic alterations could be done, but that could cause problems. It is also possible to cheat and have an influence on our ability to see them as whatever they like.

So the short answer is, sure.

As to whether aliens exist, life started here, why not someplace else. Or if you are a strict follower of the Judeo-Christian-Muslim line, what really is an alien. If you simply define alien as a being not native to Earth, the angels would fit the bill pretty well.

I believe that Aliens do exist. The vastness of the universe is unthinkable that there has to be other life that's been around longer than us. If Humans where the only living beings out there, then we truly are very alone and in big trouble. As to aliens being in human form I think it would have to be a cross breeding between us and them.

They have probably asked the same question about us.

I am sure they exist.
It is unlikely that they will have our same aspect.
It is not likely they exist/ed in our solar system.
Interstellar distances are enormous, therefore I am not so sure they have already visited our planet.
