everytime i turn on my laptop, it keeps having a pop-up that said "The instruction at "0x7c910de3" referenced memory at "0x000036f9". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program." and if i press ok, then the computer freezes. any help of fixing my computer?

A program that you may have recently installed is trying to access the same memory resources as another device or program. Try unistalling the last program you installed, and re-install it...

It could be RAM, the Cache memory, or the hard drive.

Have someone download and install DFT (drive fitness test) on a bootable floppy. boot from this to test your hard drive. (If the floppy has problems booting, it's your memory)

To test the RAM, If you have 2 memory chips, take one out. Try that, then swap the chips. See if the problem is only with one of the chips. If so, replace it!

You can also get full diagnostics from most mfr.

That sounds like a hard drive problem to me. Try hitting F5 as the computer boots and select "Last known Good"
You are most likely going to need to reinstall the operating system, and you may even need to replace your hard drive.

Could be alot of things.

Hard drive could have a bad sector and erased some windows registery keys

Ram could be failing

Missing file/s in registry.
