No - none of that is true. neither the baby or Howard are missing. The police have confirmed the baby is in the Bahamas and Howard is in Florida still.

The baby is in the Bahamas being cared for by the wife of an official. The baby needs to have a home and family so they better find out who the father is.
Who knows where Howard is.
