you would but it would definitley be beneficial to what you would be employed for. courses are intended to give you confidence and motivation and they also keep you up to date with new laws and legislation. dont knock it, especially if your employers are paying!!

Yes my daughter does this and has to do a few, some are optional but some are essential to the job.
