It sounds like a yeast infection. Many OBs say if it has a ador it will smell like warm fresh bread. Any way call your OBs 24 hour number they can call you something in until Monday. Yeast infections are SO common during pregnancy

From what you describe, it sounds like you have a yeast infection. Your chances at having a yeast infection while pregnant are much higher- don't worry.
Now you need to treat it. Being that you are pregant, please consult a doctor or nurse before you try any over the counter stuff. I've included a link for you...

Yeast Infection probably. I had my first one early during my second pregnancy and it drove me crazy with the itch. I got a prescription for the cream that you insert and it cleared up in about a week. No problems with my son. Call you OBGYN and he/she will probably call in a prescription for you or give you the okay for over-the-counter treatment.

Sounds like you got yourself a nice yeast infection. Very normal in pregnancies. I got my first one ever with baby #2. Call your OB for a RX that's safe for pregnancy.
