Simply put, they walk to the beat of a different drum. Most of your inventors, genuises, people ahead of their time are Aquarius, or Aquarius rising, Uranus in the first house, or many planets in the 11th, or aspects thereto. Electronics, computers, radio, etc, attracts them, as do other things beyond the "normal realm." Routine 9 to 5 jobs bore them to tears, they need something to challenge them intellectually. They often work nights, swing shifts or odd hours. If you have Aquarius on the fourth, your mother was unusual, as is your home. We love water... we're "water bearers." I love water in all forms - the ocean, lakes, whatever. And I even love it in frozen form - snow is the best. That's the only thing about the Aquarius thing that I've found to be really relevant to my life.
