...unlike us superficial men, why won't the sexy (hot, pretty, etc...) looking ones settle for a not so attractive looking guy that will love her for ever, instead of a GQ cover type that may be an arrogant, jerk because he knows he's hot. Could it be that both sexes are equally vain?
I'm not bashing women. This is only an observaion of my experience. I am peacefuly inquiring about this. And because I'm asking it doesn't mean I'm selling myself [or other men] short. Feel free to elaborate. Thank you. :)

yeah there are some extremely vain women in this world. But I have met a few nice guys too,that are hot and they could love unconditionally.
So all in all, I believe it exsists in both sexes.

I've found that both men and women who lack humility and value money are vain, miserable creatures. Fortunately, these vain men seem to be attracted to the vain women, so I guess they can all suffer together while the rest of us enjoy stimulating conversation and an entire world outside of materialism.

I think both genders are capable of both; unconditional love as well as conditional love. Neither kind of love is specific to a certain gender...we´re all the same in a way, and at the same time, we´re all different individuals...so i really cant generalize here, im sorry...but i do have to say one thing though...i dont think that when it comes to falling in love that you should have unconditional love for this person...unconditional love should be reserved for family members only....cuz when you´re searching for someone to spend the rest of your life with, you want it to be someone that has all the qualities that you´ve been searching for your whole life, you know? And im not talking about looks here, cuz i think deep down, all everyone wants is someone who is good to them and who they can love and who loves them back just as much. If you dont give the condition of being loved back...you´d be stuck in a one-way love relationship...whereas..as strange as it sounds, when it comes to family..they may not be your biggest fan but you know that when it comes down to it, they´ve got your back, and you´ve got theirs.

On a second note, we attract that of which we are; like attracts like ... so your sexy, hot, pretty etc gals are just jerks themselves underneath the makeup. It happens in both the sexes hun, I don't know why, but I'm attracted to the intellectual, honest type.
My husband is both of those, I just got a bonus because he is also handsome......
