Every pregnancy is different, my first baby dropped only the day before i went into labour, no braxton's, no mucus plug loss till contractions started...
My second baby dropped a week before, braxton contractions a few days before, and no mucus plug loss till my waters broke at hospital...
Your baby will come when its ready and not before...enjoy the time you have while your feeling good...all to soon your life will change and you will wish for just a moments sleep or just a half hour of feeling normal again...lol

Totally normal! Don't worry!

I had a total text book pregnancy. Then my baby just didn't want to come out- but rest asurred, they all do! haha. Nine days after his due date I had a c-section as I just wasn't progressing. I didn't experience any braxton hicks, baby dropiing, or mucus plug...I felt great too- walked right in the ER for a c-section!

My little guy is now 15 1/2 months old- happy, active and always into trouble!

Talk to your doctor about your concerns...good luck and congrats!

You are totally normal. With my first baby I didn't go into labour at all and had to be induced at 42 weeks! With my last baby I had no signs until the day before my due date when I went into labour, I only had the mucus plug show after I was in labour. I think the baby visibly dropping is dependant on the woman, I had people comment that my baby had dropped in late pregnancy, but in reality I just carried him low and those people hadn't seen me all the way through. My midwife would measure me at my visits and he only descended very slowly, about 1cm each visit after 35 weeks, so what was happening inside was not reflected in what was seen outside.

completely normal. I had NO braxton hicks, I never knew the baby dropped, and no plug ever.

The only complaint I had at the end was that I was so big it was hard to find a comfy spot to sleep.

they're early labor alerts, besides the undeniable fact that would additionally be from a GI ailment, risky nutrition, etc. If the contractions become consistent (IMO, greater advantageous than each and each a million/2-hour, consistent) you're bleeding in any respect (along with your low mendacity placenta) or once you purely have a fairly oftentimes "in undesirable wellbeing" feeling, i'd get regarded at.

I am 38 weeks and none of these things have happened to me either - i am not worried the baby is moving and that is all that matters. My Dr said he would induce me if it isnt out by my due date and the baby is quiet large for my size - there is some light at the end of the tunnel knowing that i guess.

yes is it so normal. I am 39 weeks pregnant (and still waiting) and didn't really get any symptoms until about last week. I started dialating my 37th week though so just hang in there. Still get some contractions but not any that lead to anything. I may have to be induced so just keep waiting and and hoping for the best.

Yep. Normal human gestation is anywhere from 37 - 42 weeks. You might lean more toward 42.

Is this your first baby, many first time moms go over due. I always know when labor is near as I feel SO good, I feel like I could run a marathon & still have energy. Good Luck

I'm in the same boat, but mine has dropped. I hope he stays in till the 27th since right now I have no family available to watch our toddler son and my hubby doesn't get leave until the 3rd of March (2 days after my due date). So yeah he can stay in there till then(hopefully)
