I'm having baby # 5 and found out the gender with this 1, we never found out with the others
but this IS going to be our last baby and if I'm really honest i was really hoping for a boy
i didn't want to go 9months without knowing i would have been happy to have a healthy baby girl but when the scan showed hes a little fella i was so happy.
I'm now coming into the 35th week and have everything he needs. and its all blue :-)
if you & your partner want to know go ahead find out im so pleased we did x x x x

I'm 9 weeks with #2. I can't imagine not finding out! I can't wait!! I have 1 boy and I'd love a girl. I'll be happy either way as long as the baby's healthy.

Find out the gender, have the baby, and then look inward and ask yourself why you think it's okay to have so many children when there are so many in the world already alive and suffering.
I can understand wanting a few biological children, but if you and your family can afford so many, why not share the wealth with a child in need? Hopefully, if you find yourself yearning for baby number seven, you'll consider adoption.

Ii personally believe that a heathly mum and baby are the most important thing. Not knowing your baby's sex will be an exiting , guessing time for both yourself and your family. Good luck

Surprises can be fun, but if you knew the child's gender, you could prepare by buying appropriate baby clothes and toys.

My mom always said that when you find out the gender "it's like getting a present but you already know what it is". I don't think I'd find out the gender.

well i would find out, because i hate disappointment in the delivery room. it will only make you happier to find out you are having a girl, and if you're having a boy, you will be able to prepare better for the "disappointment"

Shouldn't you be happy no matter the gender? I only have one child, a boy and I found out the sex. Not because I have a preference, but it helped with decorating ideas for the nursery and my parents wouldn't leave me alone about it.
