Yeah it's pretty cute and it is a big turn-on; brings out our motherly instincts I expect. All people are programmed to like babies and babyish features, to ensure that helpless babies are well-cared for - let's face it, they're noisy, stinky and boring; they need all the help they can get!
To be honest, I've never met a babyface man or woman who had trouble getting partners. I've got a baby-girl face as well, and I get ogled and hit on all the time, and I'm not even good-looking.
Oh, I'm just about to turn 27.

17. i like babyface guys but not guys younger than i am. if they look young its fine as long as they're at least my age or two older than i am and still looks young

I think they usually look pretty,i once had a boyfriend who is baby-faced.Another thing,girls usually fall for guys like that because they assume guys like that are harmless and sensitive but it not so in some cases.
